For Businesses, Individuals, Creditors, and Trustees
We help people and businesses file bankruptcy, including chapter 7, chapter 11 (including new sub-chapter V cases for small businesses), and chapter 13 cases. We also represent creditors and trustees in all types of bankruptcy cases, including motions for relief from the automatic stay, proof of claims, lien avoidance actions, objections to discharge, adversary proceedings to determine the dischargeability of certain debts, preference actions, fraudulent conveyance actions, and all other types of trustee avoidance and clawback actions. We also assist businesses, creditors, and assignees in assignments for the benefit of creditors cases under Section 727 of the Florida Statutes. Our attorney has also served as the assignee in such cases.
